Spartan Hoplites

A set of heroic Spartan hoplites, ready to defend Thermopylae to the death, also suitable as proxies for city state soldiers, knightly men at arms, or even an early pre Maniple reform Roman phalanx. Each set comes with a command squad, including a musician, standard bearer and a unit champion styled after King Leonidas. Perfect for wargames such as Hail Caesar!, SAGA, OnePageRules, 9th Age, Old World and more.

Each model is assembled from a head, body, weapon and shield or offhand. Additional pieces are not necessarily included, though we try to include some spares for fragile pieces.

Available with swords and spears, or a mix if preferred, and in either a standard 28mm historical scale or a larger heroic 32mm scale for fantasy wargaming.

Bases are included, either 25mm round or 25mm square, 3d printed in black PLA plastic.

Miniatures are printed in high quality resin at 12-16k resolution. Some cleaning and assembly may be required. Miniatures aren't intended as toys. Miniatures are unpainted, images are just for reference.
